The Soul Woman is Molly Harvey, who is one of the rare people who can say she is a Business Speaker, Managing Director and Author.

Her Training and Development Company, MHA, was established in 1993 and has attracted clients such as Bank of America, Siemens Plc, 3M, Argos, Barclays, Kimberley Clarke, Kerry Foods, Direct Line, Wockhardt UK, Nestle and over 200 other leading organisations.  Molly has regularly lectured at Universities.

Over recent years Molly has been working in America up to four times a year.  She has studied behavioural psychology over the last 22 years and has acquired a Masters in Neurolinguistics.

She is the visionary behind the world’s first Soul School, which opened in Minneapolis USA, September 2006, Ireland 2007.  In June 2008, Soul School England will open at Hope University.

Molly is interviewed and quoted frequently in the media and radio in England and America.  One journalist quoted her as, “a motivational speaker who can help people do what most of us imagine is a gift bestowed only to the Richard Branson, Tony Blair and Paul McCartney’s of this world; she can help people visualise.”

The Soul Woman has made it her purpose in life to touch people’s souls at a deep level through speaking and writing.  She has become an Educational Visionary in the field of Corporate Soul Consciousness and is Internationally recognised by the corporate world of work where she speaks on ‘Leading with Soul in the 21st Century’.  March 2006, Molly spoke at the Young World Leaders Conference that Jean was leading.  In November 2007 she was asked back to speak to the Value Caucus Group at the United Nations and made an honorary member of The Women Rising Group.
