Debby has been a professional make-up artist for over 20 years. After qualifying as a hairdresser and beauty therapist she moved into the world of modelling and promotions developing her skills in professional make-up. For 10 years she worked her way up the corporate ladder and became an international make-up artist and company training executive for the Estee Lauder group.

Debby has worked all over the UK and travelled the world during her career but has always lived in the Northwest of England. Married to Max, they have 3 children and now live in Heaton, Bolton.

If you ask Debby what she thinks you need to be a successful woman in business she will tell you "Be passionate about what you do. Start every day with a goal and strive to achieve it. Communicate properly with your clients and people you work with. Give praise when deserved and be honest if something isn't working. Treat others as you would like to be treated and take time out everyday to help someone achieve their dream".
