Eileen is an enthusiastic and successful self-employed training consultant specialising in personal development, customer service and management training.  Her background is in manufacturing, wholesaling and retailing and she has over 25 years of experience training and developing people. She has been owner manager of three different companies and started her consultancy seven years ago. She is a qualified performance coach, a member of the Institute of Leadership and Management and accredited by Belbin Associates.

She is committed to 'making a difference' and thinks that everyone should be given the chance to develop their true potential.  She has the ability to motivate and inspire other people and has been described as "a five foot package of motivation".
