Lisa Hooley FCMA

 

Lisa is a senior business professional, with specific expertise in the Financial, Commercial, Projects and Change Management arenas.  Excelling as a focussed and proactive over-achiever, she has the motivation, communication and planning skills essential for attaining results in changing business environments, on an international dimension.

She began her career in audit, within an Accountancy practice - and has gone on to accumulate a broad wealth of business experience with blue chip multi-nationals such as ICI Pharmaceuticals (now Astra Zeneca), the US  groups GenRad and Teradyne and now the Tetra Pak group. 

Having joined the Tetra Pak group in 2002, originally as Business Development Manager, Lisa is now Managing Director of Tetra Pak Business Services Ltd., leading the team managing an organisation of approximately 120 people.  Her primary focus is at the Strategic change level, where she is pioneering innovations that challenge the norm within the wider shared services arena. She continues to drive forward core principles of value-add focus, people development and performance culture, to deliver improved levels of performance and efficiency.

Lisa is passionate and committed to encouraging the evolution of Shared Services and providing focus for promoting and enabling change. She works in conjunction with local skills development initiatives and other professional bodies providing specialist advice and support. She was extremely proud to accept the "Shared Services Leader 2006" award at the recent IQPC Shared Services week in Amsterdam - and particularly pleased that she and her team were also finalists in the categories of "Best Mature Shared Services Organisation" and "Best Shared Service Centre - 2006".

Lisa promotes a positive thinking approach to excellence. This - together with her personality, high performance work ethic and down to earth style - breeds success at a personal, team and Company level.
