One of our most popular guest speakers, Sue has specialised in training and presenting for over 19 years. She has run her own Company – Bolton based “Synergy Consulting and Training Limited” for 9 years, offering a variety of management and staff development programmes across all industry sectors. Her clients include Manchester United, Co-Op Pharmacy Group, adidas, Securicor and of course Airtours where she was training manager for 5 years.

Initially trained as a Transport Manager with British Road Services, Sue has worked in many sectors of industry including Sales, Personnel, Distribution, Tourism and for the Government. Sue says: “This has given me a great insight into how organisations work and the problems they face”

Recently Sue has been working with Kintish - presenting and training on networking nationally and internationally. She has recently returned from giving key note addresses in Athens and Finland. “Networking is the key to building long term business relationships, we help people to created those relationships”.

One of her seminars, “Rollercoasters, Roundabouts and Roulette”, is a humorous and realistic look at what happens when business problems are not addressed. It gives us an insight into the difficulties we face in business whether self employed or employed and the steps we need to take to control, and stay in control of events. Sue’s real life experiences together with her pragmatic approach to life’s challenges, helps people to look at their own situations in a thought provoking way. Sue says “Success is having a clear plan and objectives, working towards that plan, but being confident to change direction when necessary”
